What are the system requirements to use Simulify?

Since Simulify is hosted on our servers at Amazon EC2 and all your data is safe in Amazon S3, there's nothing to install and no server/platform requirements to worry about.

All you need is a modern web browser ( IE 7+ on PC, Firefox on Mac, PC, Linux, Google Chrome on PC Windows and Safari on PC or Mac), with Javascript turned on and an internet connection.

Using IE 6 for Viewing ok but not recommended for authoring simulations If you have IE 6, we recommend switching to Firefox, Crome or Safari.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept only PAYPAL. You can pay thru credit card Visa, Mastercard, and American Express at PAYPAL.

Do you offer a 30-day free trial period for new accounts? What about cancellation?

Yes. We do not charge for the first month. You will get a request for payment at end of the month There's no long term contract (it's just month-to-month) and you can cancel at any time, but refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial. We bill for full month and we don't prorate for partial months. Note that only new accounts are eligible for 30 day free trials - upgrades do not qualify.

Is this a long-term commitment?

Nope - everything is month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade or cancel at anytime from your account. There are no hidden fees, ever.
